I'm starting to wonder if the board and DE Shaw should be investigated for foreign influence. It's like they're intentionally trying to destroy American Defense Manufacturing. Did Shaw have their hand in Boeing as well? What's their record like?

lol they blocked this site on the firewall?
No point, nobody would be accessing this site from onsite machines, only their own devices. Also both current employees and those recently laid off already know how sh---y L3Harris is, no point trying to block this site.

This site is blocked on all computers at the Clifton facility. And the thread about the Clifton facility being up for sale was taken down. Obviously someone in Clifton got their onions caramelized.

Yes. L3HARRIS is engaged in a multi-year plan to consolidate its workforce and reduce its real estate footprint across all value centers. The history of the company's mergers and acquisitions has created a great deal of redundancy in manufacturing space. With the emphasis on returning value to the investors, activists on the board of directors have pressured the senior leadership to do this. It means plant closures, layoffs, and a reigning in of remote workers. A more uniform and compact, less complicated company structure is much easier to entice a perspective buyer. In simple terms, if you're an employee, put off those big ticket purchases and don't make long-term plans.
