Why are you still working at Hy-Vee ? This company doesn’t care about you. No matter how much you give Hy-Vee they will ask for more from you. I stayed at Hy-Vee because I was comfortable with the job and the pay was just enough not to quit. I also lacked the confidence in myself to be able to do something else than Hy-Vee. Well I left Hy-Vee three years ago and is way happier than ever. Start betting on yourself.

Working with unskilled women in the floral department was a 8 moth disaster. They had no clue what they were doing. I just could not stand it any longer. Worked my butt off, not even taking breaks, because I really wanted to please the customer

I absolutely agree with what you are saying, I'm still at Hyvee, 20 year veteran, I'm trying to get out. Nothing is good enough, they tell you, you signed up for this. Monthly inventory is a joke, now they dump this new SAP on us, keep changing warehouses, what a logistical nightmare...
