Still No Separation Agreement

My role in CRM was impacted by the RIF in early May.

My "notice period" expired on 7/9, but I still have not received a separation agreement from MDT. Not sure if they are being slow on these to help defray the impact of mass severance payouts on their bottom line. I did receive my MIP + final regular pay + PTO payout on 7/9.

If any others were impacted, could you chime in whether you have received your SA yet (and severance payout).

Send an email to the ER who sat with your manager during notification. They should be able to check it.

I received my separation agreement via email last week. On 7/9, I received my last paycheck and the MIP. I have not received any severance.

That's absurd. Separation agreement should be prepared and presented at the time you are notified. No excuse for a company of this size.
