Can someone just let us little people know what the salary ranges are for each CL level for engineers in the US in global projects and product solutions (manufacturing) .. if they differ

Salary curves are no longer shared. The only way to know what they are is to recreate them using enough data points from those you supervise or colleagues.

To those saying BTC expats are cheaper this is not always true. It depends on the country and experience level. Young engineers in the USA for example are the same cost if they are American citizens or Indian expats. It has to do with the taxes.

Our GP costs are ridiculous. Non competitive.

If you're in global projects and not located at the work face I would be very worried.

If you're at the work face I would not be worried until exxon finds ways to get more visas.
