Phil/Linda/Board - you cut 8-10M bonuses from people each quarter, no resources, no backfill and people leaving in products but you allow Sales to have party in Vegas in November?
How is this fair to others? Why are you allowing this to happen? What about people in products that suffer from
Sales? Bonuses are gone and you pay sales and let them have lavish parties?
Why cant you give fundings to other? Let us hire people vs drinking and clubbing in Vegas.

Oh look our very own Lady Whistledown is back, but this one doesn’t even have the facts right. Bwhahahaha
All they do is spending money for reorgs and offsite. Helen and her directs never cut anyone from their teams. Last year they did layoffs in May; and then RCS leader in Americas had a party for a week at nascar hall of fame for 50+ people. This is how they spend money. Monkey see Monday do while others take on the pain. we should crash their party in Vegas and have some free drinks instead of our bonuses. Shame
From their tone. They were very happy that they’re able to cut bonus, promotion, and raise. This might be a thing for a while. Only top level get bonuses and probably at a higher amount since they have more money now.
