Her and Freddy were butting heads.
She was also spending upwards of $30K on "HR Team building events" when everyone else was cutting back. There were numerous pictures on Yammer with HR teams out for "Dinner and drinks" (which have since been removed).
She was responsible and instrumental for rolling out the lay-offs? Well it makes sense that she got fired because in that case she royally fu---d up the lay-off roll out. Clearly key people got laid off who shouldn’t have ever been laid off - that is on site at least. I don’t know what the accuracy was of people that can be laid off with low impact vs people who should have by all means not get laid off… it might only be like 50% accuracy at most but then that low accuracy ki-ls the companies morale further when people see important people leave and then even more people leave, quit, resign, or find work elsewhere. Rich should be fired next because he’s ultimately responsible at the highest level, but he’s probably trying to put the blame on her for the way she rolled it out.
Probably tried to tell Little Di-k that it was not a good time to layoff more people but he just cried about “my bonuses, my precious” and fired her
Certainly not mutual. They have scrubbed her Mar 7, 2024 “Our Stories” from the News & People page on internet.
Joined in July 2024. Instrumental in the mass layoffs and bring everyone back into the office in October. I was never a fan … her LinkedIn shows many a short stint in similar positions.
