This company is sinking faster than an anchor, they just refuse to say it. The way you have been treated and the mistakes that continue to be made causing more issues are not going to end. This doesn’t get better it’s gets worse. This date for a layoff may have been a dud and who knows what next week brings, but don’t suffer here just to have a job. We all have families to feed and bills to be paid and the last thing you need is mental health issues from the things we are putting up with here. Frontline you deserve better!

I am really saddened to hear how it’s been for some departments while others are still working in a normal environment. The threat of a lay off every year and now it seems every six months is not worth your sanity. There are still companies who respect their employees, Wayfair is no longer one of them. 9 yrs ago when I started it was. It’s disappointing to see how low they have sunk. Just know that most of us respect all the work that is done on frontline. You are definitely appreciated.
I totally agree. I’m on phones right now and I hate it. I suffer with anxiety which is why I moved to digital 4 years ago. Now being forced to do phones su-ks
