Looks like engineering will be controlled by Exxon people with token roles in Operations being lead by Pioneer. Similar thing was done with XTO and then over time all the XTO people were forced out. Expect the same here.

Anything happening in Del TX development these days? Seems like all the Del work is in NM. No one wants to work CBP or Del TX as NM was the real prize prior to the Pioneer deal. VIP guests always go to NM. Probably will shift back to Midland basin now for a while as executives focus on integrating their new prize.

Saints could be connected to Corral Canyon. The rest of Del TX is high WOR. It is for sale for the right price. It is a good fit for Conocophillips
