What exactly is the purpose of these forums? We can talk about severance packages but not settlement amounts for those that hire lawyers?

Only his first name was mentioned. He was a sales manager for LA LPM market and was wrongfully fired. He got a lawyer. A demand letter was sent. Nielsen settled for 60 or 80K. The man didn't have to sue because Nielsen settled. I think that was what the message was about.

The post contained names of non-execs which probably triggered the deletion as posting names isn't allowed here. Perfectly sane rule if you ask me. I definitely wouldn't like someone mentioning me by name here.
