Last 2 lay offs e-mails were sent by 715am est each time. So we do this again next week
Each of the last major riffs was on a pay day, so if anything happens, it will more than likely be today. Sending good vibes to everyone.

As someone who has received 3 of these to date, this is accurate. There are different ones sent out : safe, at risk, meeting invite and under consultation. The comment is accurate, maybe you are just unaware of the process that is followed in different jurisdictions and departments.

Three years from now someone from the US will be in a bar in say Indonesia/Jamaica/Vietnam and mention I used to work for Wayfair. "What?, Wayfair was a US company?" Yep, they had thousands of employees, stock even was in the $300 range, rated as one of the top US companies to work for. The best thing we can all do is just take a deep breath and relax. Wayfair does not control our lives and we shouldn’t let it. I for one will be taking 2-4 doses of Benadryl. I’m not going to let this keep me up at night.
