NPS Scores for all the whiners

NPS Scores:

Quantum Fiber: 64
AT&T: 15
Verizon: 7
Cox: -9
Comcast: -20

Yeah, Quantum Fiber sure is a disaster. You guys make me laugh.

NPS score has no meaning if the quarterly number shows >100K new enablements and only 13k net installs; if customers love it, they would be buying it!

Ok genius. I'll show this to every customer that runs to my truck when I pull up and starts ranting about the terrible call center the 10 they've been oos. We need less people like you. Fanboi

NPS means absolutely nothing to anyone in the real world.

"You guys are hilarious. Keep it coming! Clearly a lot dead stupid wood left to cut out of this organization. Looking forward to more RIFs and continued efficiency."

More RIF = yes please!
Continued efficiency = clearly someone NOT on the customer facing side! So yes, we need to clearly get rid of alot of stupid, dead wood that was brought in with the last 3 SLT overlords.
It is clear that ego and greed will be the death star for us as it has for so many before. This internal disfunction is a clear indicator of Leadership ineptitude, nothing more! Blame it on the markets, blame it on the customers, blame it on the 4th Industrial Revolution, blame it on the "dead wood" employees, blame it on the previuos SLT, blame it on Covid....Capitalism is very easy to understand and these once "regulated" companies are finding out what it's like swimming in the same pool as everyone else.

Folks who were around in the big bubble burst remember how all it took was a spreadsheet speculating growth that nearly destroyed several legacy carriers and bankrupted all the new players.
We were all fed the kool aid then. Our stock price truly shows how our customers, investors and employees feel. We don’t wish to wander aimlessly but look who at our leaders and keep waiting to be told something other than made up information with no substance.

QF has officially been around as a company unit for maybe 2yrs...soooo, 6 of 10 "happiesh" customers really is not something to be proud of. IF we launched when we were fully ready to go to market, I would expect to see us maintaining at 9 out of 10 minimum, for this small time frame. That is where we need to be to become the "disruptors" they so want us to be! QF is the easiest offering we provide and we are celebrating a 60 NPS score???
Wonder who gathers the criteria to get an NPS score? Several sites out there rating and different criteria based on the site. I pulled this nugget off one: "Check out our Internet Service Provider industry list, and look for their NPS there. And if you work for an ISP, go ahead and add your score!

I always buy Amazon products by reading the negative reviews first. I guess the lowest NPS scores must be the same.

LOL,NPS scores are just as trustworthy as those 5 star Amazon Reviews are!

Unfortunately an NPS score has no tangible value...at least for Lumen. Each day Lumen loses Broadband customers. Switching existing customers from the legacy telco Broadband service to the IXCs offering for the same price may hold a few customers a little longer. Still each quarter Lumen reports a net loss of Broadband customers. That's why Stansbury announced we are cutting back on new builds.
