Some companies are in the process of going from 2 wfh days to 1. Pretty soon there will be zero remote work at many companies.
My spouse works for Dell, and as many challenges as we have here at blue it's nothing to the level of pure hardcore bureaucracy at Dell. They are being color coded like kindergartners. Intense micro management. RTO aside my spouse is leaving there soon!

Been at Schwab over a decade. Retaliation is real and they will go after you if you do anything but be "schwab nice". The few people that have ever spoken up about valid problems with directors and managers over STS teams that simply refuse to work to do something in a timely manner have found their way out of the company.
