Historically, the emails are sent at 8:15 am eastern time.
this seems to be a lot quieter than in the past do you think we’ll get an email in the morning or will it be more department specific?

No. Even if the layoff is big enough to trigger warn, they will file on the day off the layoff and pay out 60 days of “leave” before your severance kicks in. This has been the case in every large Wayfair layoff .
