Anyone know how many in customer service will be let go on Friday? Also anyone know which departments? Im in SST and I have 1 hour minimum between calls, some days Im here for 8 hours and took just 6 or 7 calls all day. Im worried this will put our department in danger.

Im in SST and every day there is VTO. Its a bad sign, they over hired for the dept. Now they have AI software that can do our jobs, I totally think we are going to get wiped out.
At this point everyone needs to stop asking for more info. No one knows. It's a waiting game, we'll find out tomorrow.
Not to mention our managers are in Boston. Not sure what that's all about.
I'm in SST as well, and very worried with all the VTO and low call volume.
The fact they haven’t addressed it is telling enough. I think it’s gonna be around 15% of the workforce all frontline
No one will have the information on departments or numbers of agents that will be affected.
