Honestly CDK su-ks in general always having issues takes forever to get to the right person to help with support. Has to be a better system than this garbage!!!

All our stores are currently functional, via a work around, but I have been warned it may not be a good thing and we should take them offline. I am trying to get a solid word from an engineer (their support channels are down including phones). We can login via legacy DMS ids just not smartids but I head from someone else when they try the "same thing" they get a message stating all applications are disabled.
eLeads and DMS are down, which wipes out 95% of anything that we can do today in sales. Been forced to do paper invoices as a workaround, but P&S can't do any warranty work.
