You need a sponsor and to have the HiPo designation in CareerConnect with your ultimate potential set executive level high.

Nice confirmation that during COVID while we were laying off and cut the 401k match HIPOS we’re still receiving their mid cycle raises!
Not true.
Only time this has occurred in recent history was during COVID as a talent retention mechanism but was a mid-cycle CL bump for those that met certain criteria.
