News flash, this is nothing new, this cr-p started in the '80's in Canada. I remember one session of management training in Leesburg where the topic of the week was sensitivity training regarding Aids at the emergence of the disease. Back in the day we used to call the affirmative action program the "gash program" treating in with the appropriate level of credibility. Xerox was an early adopter of wokeism.
Xerox puts all this PR energy out about DEI and then tries to save a few bucks by under paying someone who isn’t white. Regardless of your feelings on DEI, wouldn’t you expect that a company would take a look at pay equity if they’re going to put this on a stick and pump it up and down? Nope. Anything that xerox messages is thin as the paper it’s written on. Ideals as outdated as it’s tech.
Go Woke Go Broke
does anyone believe woke xerox would be racist? they underpay everyone equally
