Has anyone seen general CES results? I haven't seen much other than cryptic messaging. Are they really low and no one wants to show it? What's going on?

Great as always! Nothing to see here and let’s keep our head in the sand!!! Because they can’t make “adjustments” and everybody is wrong on the “negative” feedback that is… still winning in any environment though. Unbelievable
@1xik, agreed. Everyone from the C-suite to the janitors knows CES amounts to nothing. No remedies, no action plan, by September no one even remembers its salient findings.
It was good, not sure why you are unaware of it. It had been shared within team, chapters and higher level up organization wide range. It has not been any better than previous years but not worse either.
CES results were made available to supervisors on May 13th.

i am not sure why their fellow americans would want to help them out in any way or pay for them for that matter

CES is approaching the bin to join its other lame, discarded C friends: CPDEP, Chevron Way, CIRCE, CBRES, and countless others. Cayonara!
I suspect they were really bad this year. Morale was already at rock bottom and then mgmt decides to put everyone in hot cubes. Luckily for the company, the industry is not hiring otherwise there would be a mad rush for the exits.

This is not the year to cry about CES. Them Filipinos, Argentinians and Indians don’t care about CES.
Haven't seen any CES results discussed either. Sure seems like if results were "good" they would have shared it by now ...
But then again, maybe they just don't care about CES, and they've got bigger, more urgent items. That dividend isn't gonna raise itself now ...
