Such a lack of transparency

When did XOM management become so cowardly? No transparency whatsoever. Are they afraid we'd all up and leave at the same time if they're honest with us about what's going on with the company? I truly wish it was that easy to leave, but we all know that wouldn't happen. Just grow a pair and keep us in the loop!

XOM leaders are never predictable, coming from a rank-and-file emp perspective. One day, you find yourself in the bottom of the barrel and you didn't even have a clue how you ended up there. Or next day, you find yourself mentoring offshore people. Just expect the unexpected is the law of the land.

Stop with the racist minority bashing. You are not losing your job because the ceo and entire leadership is made up of minorities. You are being pipped out of ur job because a white middle aged mediocre id--t of manager has no courage, no integrity and is a manipulative ** who is promoted beyond his intelligence.

Most of leadership aren’t bad people, they’re just quite cowardly. Just keeping heads down, hoping to escape with life changing quantities of money they thought was for being the “best of the best” when they were anointed as HiPos for whatever reason a few years into their careers. Harsh reality: $Ms to tens of $Ms was for following orders without question, placing EM above all else, including family, and not thinking too hard about how many people were stepped on, lied to manipulated for or by them for their own financial benefit. The last folks with a spine, social skills or creativity disappeared in the 2021 purge. Pretty much nobody left in leadership that even has the imagination to figure out what they’d do outside EM, which is sort of as sad as it is entertaining - it’s like they are flat earthers in a way

As said below, just tell me when you're going to lay me off and the financial terms of staying until then, or jumping now. I'm an adult and would prefer not to be involved in the childish behavior of management.

Quite transparent about hiring employees in India, moving work to India, contracting Engineering in India, contracting fabrication in India, sending Impats to USA from India, and supplying expat staff worldwide from India.

EM could possibly be a little more transparent by informing me of the exact date I will be fired and replaced by an Indian instead of just implementing an annual PIP/Layoff similar to Hungary Games.
