Why we are keeping the harness team, yes that magic (🤮🤮) CI/CD team?

Why we are keeping the harness team?

  1. nor they can complete work.
  2. Neither they can onboard a new team.
  3. contactor cheap talk without substance.

Better just to revamp them, even if the tool is good (some feel so), a team that is trying to implement DA, is filled with FAKERS and LIARS.

Better to use money wasted on team use some where else.

Whenever I pass through the area where this team sits (sh-it), my believe in GOD is affirmed 1000 of times.
Even a useless team like this, can survive in the ruthless environment of Schwab.
There is hope and there is GOD in the universe.

If a person is from contractor/service side------
block or delay I140 of person
if person waiting for I-485, just delay the process

Nothing explains H1b Status more than then above statement.
The Guy has written seems , he was aware of the h1b or worked with them a lot.
I have worked on multiple vendor-controlled or majority projects, which is a reality.
Once people get h1b next they will try to get I140, if they have I140 they try to get I-485
People who are trying to get I-485 will biggest Liar, Crook, and deceitful people.

Just tell the person wanting PR that, their I-485 will not be filed, and see how a they change in minutes, from sweet talking person to, a snake who ready bite.
Just tell person wanting I-140 that it won't file, he find a new employer, even if it shady, and will run away.

If This team has vendor waiting for I-140 or I-485 Just keep your eye open , otherwise, this project will be a mess in the next 4 months

That's actually the best performing team at Schwab. Intent at Schwab is to off-board teams and not on-board. If you are good at bringing in new workers and getting them settled into the workplace, you will be the one they will target to terminate.

That is scape goats. Not escape goats. Though scape goats allow the blamers to escape responsibility. So I get what you are saying, even it is not technically correct. As those goats are not escaping, but are being sent top sla-ghter house, and eventually wind up in that big bee-heeee-heeeee up in the sky.

I'm really confused by this thread. The vast majority of people working on bringing in Harness (next Gen) are FTEs. Maybe you're talking a out legacy harness that is used by CES?

My perspective (harness project will be another failed attempt of removing legacy in Schwab)

  • This is for FTE employees, finding backstabbers and liars -----
  • > Get The list and names of an employee who had removed from the project, since the last team took over
  • > Get the name of people who have made decision to remove the employee
  • > Give one point to each complain
  • > The higher the number of complain by a person, the more backstabber and liar the person is
  • > If That person still remained in the team keep an eye and move that person out of the team
  • If a person is from contractor/service side------

  • > if person waiting for I-485, just delay the process.

  1. If all less skilled people are out then what stopping the team move ahead?
  2. If the team is not able to complete what is assigned, then is less skill left behind or saved?
