I tell you, even with a very, very average resume, as a woman--especially "of color"--you can easily troll for board seats on Fortune 500 companies. The boards will fight over you to sign up in order to improve their ESG scores.
Directors used to represent the shareholders with major holdings in the company (you know, the owners) and now they represent group identities for skin color and genitals.
Government bureaucrat who has never created anything in her life. Makes sense since Cisco innovation is on par with that of our government.
