Organizational Updates

So, Tech and CXD are back together under one division, as so many people here had posted was going to happen.

DR being forced to retire isn't surprising to me. The engagement scores are the lowest ever and someone needs to be held accountable.

t = technical. it's only benefit is higher pay grades for most roles. it was DG's only real 'achievement' of creating a career path for tech. really this only mattered if you were entry level as it created a faster promo path at the start.

I’m in T band now. How does this differ from P band? Just joined NM.

Only a 34.4% increase in car jackings downtown from 2022 to 2024. JES has his bodyguards, make sure you have yours.

You really want to cherry pick a whole list of missteps and dispute "low pay" when it is a known fact that NM pay is far below industry standards? If you were gaslighting any harder you'd explode.

lol “low pay” - apparently hasn’t been working here for the past 5 years with 150% bonuses. You people are never happy with anything. So hard to take any of you seriously.

DR’s "pay for performance," it seems like the emphasis on individual success has created a toxic environment where employees are inclined to undermine each other. This has resulted in DR being absent for over a year, likely out of fear or avoidance.

Considering this situation, it might be wise for the next Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to come from outside the HR function to bring a fresh perspective and address these issues effectively.

Low pay, offshoring, forced return to campus, millions wasted on the facade of an old building, pouring money and resources into AI while being so clueless as to assume it can replace most of support in the near term... I wonder how scores got so low, huh?

This company's priorities are so out of whack it is like they are blowing it all up for a short term balance sheet bump and grabbing quick cash on their way out.
