Commercial and Finance in June had RIFS
"Medtronic has been doing 2 weeks per year of tenure after the 60 days (notice period). So 3 months starts at 2 years at Medtronic."
and unused PTOs.
Medtronic has been doing 2 weeks per year of tenure after the 60 days (notice period). So 3 months starts at 2 years at Medtronic. Though I’ve heard for VPs they get a year. At least that’s what I heard a year ago.
With the stock in the 70s, I can see more RIFs this year.
I don’t think there were any layoffs this month. Last layoffs were in May.
Sounds like fake news
SH&A business.....talk about fumbling a growing market
Death by a thousand cuts.
This is literal, figurative and realistic version of the idiom.
I was sad when I was downsized last month, but I’m moving on with a new position while collecting pay still from MDT. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope to God that lead ship rights the ship…..not a lot of faith with the current leadership group, but for everyone’s sake and for investors future, MDT stops the bleeding and returns to some sort of normality.
I thought layoffs ended May 1st, guess that wasn’t stressful enough for everyone. Management must want to keep themselves busy with a slow bleed.
Yup CAS definitely had layoffs. Can't confirm exactly how many
Is that true that MDT only gives 3 months severance pay if you get laid off?
CAS let go of some peopl yesterday
