This place is the biggest joke… it’s nothing but fear, duct tape, and leadership incompetence.
That's because most stuff runs off the mainframes now. Also, North Star? I though we were shooting for Mars. Did one of these tech issues cause a course correction?

You know nothing bad ever happens at Schwab. Stern emails will be sent, meetings will be scheduled to “talk around the root cause” and we’ll be told to focus on our North Star. (Because if you’re staring up into the sky, you won’t see that you’re waist deep in the swamp)
