At first I thought I'd recommend using the lyrics for the Rush song "I Think I'm Going Bald", but with the last line being "I'll still be grey my way" it would probably demonstrate more independence than management will tolerate.

Mao and Lenin would be very proud of this approach: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_and_self-criticism_(Marxism–Leninism)

There is an entire chapter dedicated to this concept in Mao's "Little Red Book". Take a few minutes and educate yourself on what is happening here.

Right out of the communist playbook. Psychological control via self contempt... DEI, ESG, social justice. 100% cultural Marxism, which will be denied by leadership until everyone is submerged.

Good and Evil exist. Evil will always say it doesn't.

I had a "struggle session" about 5 minutes after I got out of bed this morning. The fruits of that labor were worth far more than any DEI pap coming out of the ELT.

Like we don't reflect weekly on the "check ins". More layers of useless documentation.

I heard it's a way to identify employees that should be on xanax. Meds are a lot cheaper than giving people cost of living raises.

when completing that section, be careful what you say and be as vague as possible...

since that tool was rolled out, it has not been used for it's "intended purpose" of employee coaching. Many sc-mbag managers use it to build a case against employees they don't like, and manage you out via PIP or LR.

LR. The belief is they are using it as a means to identify those to let go. Cisco wants to let more people go.
