Thread regarding Medtronic Inc. layoffs

I want to see the engagement score numbers

We know you are getting hammer by us worker bees. Instead of showing us the actual numbers you just bring up the topics and say they are being “worked on”. If I get an end of year review number you should show us how the employees are rating you. We aren’t fools, we know you continue to fail. I can’t wait to see your slideshow of solutions that you’ve worked on for 6 months. I hope you at least got to make it over steak dinners.

in surgical, if you provide low score, your manager will give it a "talk" . I don't believe it's anonymous at all

I assume you are not a manager. They get the scores of their team and the broader org that they are a part of. If they didn’t share the scores, did you ask for them? Well, why bother because it’s easier to come and cry here. Boo hoo

It’s all bull sh-t. The true scores are ‘classified’ for senior management and only certain results are reported out. Prior to working for MDT, I worked at the HR polling company and was there for the first-ever online survey (circa 2000). All answers are recorded and nothing is anonymous; the respondents information are not displayed, but it’s still available.
In related topic, It’s also disheartening to also see many MDT (assuming newbies or just plain ignorance) employees post/like/congratulate the quasi-fake BEST EMPLOYER AWARD on LinkedIn and other other social media. Those ‘awards’ are fully bought and paid for by the companies that want to advertise with the publications, and with the polling companies that facilitate the surveys. It’s a free ‘value-add’ to include MDT as their top choice after company signs a long term deal worth $x-000k, and that’s why some results have silver, gold, platinum/etc awards.
Ooops! Hope that didn’t ruin anyone’s expectation that you work for a dumpster fire!

Start using your brains sheeple; don’t just follow the storyline; think for yourselves.

Engagement scores get much, much lower the further down in the organization you go. They also vary depending on site. Many leaders are clueless.

I've been gone for 4 years (RIF) but let me guess:
"I trust senior leadership...." - RED
"... decision making..." - RED
"I feel I have a future here." - RED

About right?

The engagement scores look like temperatures in February.
