Criminal History; fighting, stealing, vandalizing company property, and embezzling with the Wells Fargo company Purchase Card (food, vacation trips, and other personal expenses).
Both Dennis M. Aaron and David I. Sheidlower were se-----y harassing her and she blackmailed the company for it, and they couldn’t fire her for non-performance. Dennis Aaron took her sightseeing at the Marin Headlands above the Golden Gate Bridge and took her to a secluded area where he cornered her for s-x. She described him as a “s-xual predator” who was continually se-----y preying, pestering, and harassing her at work continually. David Sheidlower tried to get into her hotel room when she was at a conference in San Francisco and he would talk to her about his s-x life. Also, David Sheidlower was on-site in Phoenix, AZ, and was se-----y harassing, pestering, and begging Anne Luk who works in Business Direct for s-x. He told Anne Luk that he had been in love with and se-----y attracted to her for years and was waiting for his wife Sarah to die from cancer so he could be with Anne. Jill threatened to tell on him and he had to buy her Mexican food to eat and a Blackberry phone to stop her from telling on him, and crying and demanding money in the form of a raise. She demanded that David Sheidlower log in to the CompExpress HR application with his ID and password and just give her more money. A couple of sad creatures. Sick perverts. Geoff Jenkins, who was the Sr. Vice President and had been promoted was responsible for managing the daily activities of these creatures.
Jill all the while was se-----y harassing other employees in the company by spreading malicious s-xual office gossip about them, including spreading rumors that HR Manager Rick G. Price was having s-x with other men even though he is married to a wife. A daisy chain of s-xual harassers in a vicious cycle of s-xual harassment. She would often repeatedly run crying and hysterical to Rick G. Price the HR Manager that she was being se-----y harassed and demanded that the company give her money. Because she could never get her work done she would make up excuses, such as the Wells Fargo annual income taxes were due in six weeks and she was asked to get it done, even though she had no accounting experience, and because of Sarbanes-Oxley, the entire executive management team would have gone to prison because the company’s financial reports would have been tampered with.
The company had a Christmas party in Sonoma at the Sonoma Inn she and others had been invited even though they were not top performers. She and other employees in the Wells Fargo Business Direct Division had vandalized a bar in Sonoma and ran away when the bar called the police. A few hours later while still, drunk Jill was stumbling along the grounds at the Sonoma Inn at 3 am and in the cold listening in on other Business Direct employees having s-x outside their bungalows. She became overweight because she used the company Purchase Card to buy food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) without permission and tried to get the company’s health insurance to pay for plastic surgery for liposuction to fix her obesity.
Jill Laux was using the names of people in the company including Barbara Florin and Mike James the former Group EVP of Community Banking to embezzle by saying that she needed to attend an emergency meeting in Washington, DC on his behalf when she couldn’t even do basic data entry and could barely read or write. She demanded that she be promoted and be given more money saying that she had done a favor for Mike James by attending that emergency meeting in Washington, DC on his behalf, to represent the company, and as an intelligent person the company owes her special monies. But no such event or reason existed beyond her taking a vacation and using his name to embezzle money. She was also taking personal trips on company time and money by using a Wells Fargo Purchase Card, such as attending a slumber party in Chicago with her high school friends, running a marathon, skiing, and stating that she was doing “company audits” even though she had no audit experience. She was in “collusion” with Barbara Black, Manager of Collections, and Barbara’s boss John Santoro, SVP of Call Center Operations both in Business Direct in Arizona, in which, they would lie and cover up for one another, so they could take personal vacations and trips using company time and money and say it was for a “company purpose.” Jill and Barbara would take these vacations and say it was to perform an “audit”, such as trips to Pennsylvania and New York where they would goof off and spend the days sightseeing and nights trolling for s-x in nightclubs even though both were married. Jill was the ringleader and blackmailed Barbara by threatening to tell other employees that she was having s-x with a gang of strange men she picked up in a nightclub and took back to her hotel room and that Barbara had br---t implants. Barbara would have no choice but to continue to lie for Jill so that Jill could take future company trips and say it was Barbara who asked her to go. Also, John Santoro would have Jill party with him and when Jill was supposed to be “working at home” she was spending the entire day at a golf event drinking alcohol and partying with John. John Santoro would also provide cover for Jill by saying she was attending trips for business purposes but those were all personal vacations on company time and money using a Wells Fargo Purchase Card. An organized crime group or racketeering ring. Jill had lived in Arizona and would hitchhike across the desert to work and when she would be in San Francisco go into the kitchen and steal bags of coffee and ship it in a box through inter-office mail to the Arizona office to take home and drink it herself. While David Sheidlower would steal one bag at a time to take home.
David Sheidlower had worked with Vince Greene in Business Direct Marketing and caused Vince to pay a third-party marketing vendor blackmail money to be PCI compliant even though it wasn’t Wells Fargo’s responsibility to do so. Even though it was his fault David Sheidlower didn’t want to escalate to Mike James, Group EVP, as it was the proper procedure because he didn’t want Mike to know he was incompetent, therefore, causing Vince to pay 6 figures in extortion money, beyond the terms of the contract. Thereafter, a pattern of not properly conducting risk assessments followed, by not including any documentation and signing all risk assessments as “Slight Risk” so no paperwork or escalation to senior management would be done. They were thinking that if Wells Fargo can get away with “Robo-signing” home loan mortgages; and committing fraud by opening bank and credit accounts then they could get away with doing the same with risk assessments. They destroyed Mike James’s reputation and good standing and involved him in their criminal activity.
OCC findings concluded that Business Direct could not meet the minimum requirements for the business to exist, even after a warning, because no work was done and done incorrectly. A dozen action items were required of them and after the deadline, not even one action item could be met.

BELLEFONTE — A State College woman who police said hit a delivery truck with a baseball bat after a road rage incident in August has been charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Jill M. Laux, 35, waived her right to a preliminary hearing on the charges Wednesday in county court. State College police said Laux was driving on University Drive around midday Aug. 20 when she was cut off by a delivery truck. The driver told police he didn’t mean to do it and that Laux followed him until he pulled over on East Prospect Avenue, where she pulled over, too.
According to the affidavit filed by police, the driver told police Laux got out of her car, grabbed a baseball bat and hit the truck’s fender, a window and the delivery box. Police said the damages were about $430. Laux told police she didn’t think she did any damage. She also told police when she confronted the driver on East Prospect Avenue, he called her a name, so she hit the truck with the bat because she felt intimidated, police said in the affidavit.
