Splunk is nimble. Cisco needs to take its own medicine and use AI and automate to get deals done quicker and faster.
Take out every single one of Maria M's cronies (Thimaya, I'm looking at you).
Take out the fat like PMO's with scads of PM's who don't execute, all they do is collect reports from actual work being done to float up to leadership.
Oh, and CMO Change Managers who only collect change strategies and report up. They aren't executing, bringing value, or creating real change strategies...cut them loose. Keep the REAL change managers who sit in the business and execute, they're the ones who make real change happen.
Whatever splunk currently does is what we will all soon be doing. They basically acquired us.
