This round is done, but just wait until Q3 to see if additional RIF will be needed.
No, it won’t be through for five months, at least for CQS.
I have not heard of any layoffs in Surgical yet. Hard to believe that it will escape layoffs altogether this year.
I've heard of some impacts in Surgical, but not massive department-wide changes.
My advice is if you’re not close to retirement age and have an excellent resume to start looking while you still have a job. This is going to happen every spring with lay offs and low raises.

I'm one of those from CQS, and yeah, it's more than some.
Just chill. I stressed all last Spring, it did nothing but make me lose sleep. It’s beautiful outside, focus on the positives in your life.
There will not be an end date announced, just like last year's layoffs. They are rolling forever.
My function (a part of Enterprise CQS) was told this week "some" of our positions would be outsourced. So, I don't know there's any real end date in site. Wishing you all luck, truly.
