Are they still offering PIL for PIP employees. Will turn 55 before ranking results are official. Feel like I will put back at the bottom. I was taken off for a year.

3 MLRP in 5 years and on the third in five years you only have the PIL option
3 NSI in any 5 year period is termination.
When you are NSI you have the choice of PIP or PIL.
I’m really digging the pre ranking conversations and HR loading the buckets for us. Oh also the 20-27 together in group as well. Fun times for all.
I heard that it was three PIPs in 5 years and they could fire you.
Does anyone know where you can find the “official” rules? Our local HR is clueless.
