Mani is going to RTX. Was announced last week. Looks like he made a good decision. Also who blames him….was working for a toxic leader. (Mark)
Unless they leave of their own accord Indian men are safe as long as monish is around.
Basically this week and next week, if you see any retirements or departures announced - those people were forced to retire or leave.
Mani did not come from SAP consultant group - he was OG 3M back in the day SIBG divisions did stuff like sales reporting and other data heavy projects. Before we only hired external for senior leaders - remember those days?
Will you stop with the "Go Pete Go" stuff. It's old and annoying.
Data and Analytics is going to be culled. Good luck to all of the fallen in their future endeavors.
Shaun went to the company that makes the surgical robots, I think. I thought Mani was effective. Anytime there was an issue in the lab, Mani was very useful in powering through obstacles to resolve the issue.
What ever happened to Shaun Braun.....wasn't he the up and coming golden boy? He didn't stay at 3M very long..
If Mani Upadhyaya is truly out (I've not seen anything to confirm this yet), it is long over due. If memory serves me, he was a hire from the initial SAP consultant pool we got thrust upon us as well as many more SAP consultants become 3Mers.....and here we are folks, now many years later dealing w/ this fiasco.
Mani Upadhyaya is out, so probably a bigger shake-up in IT than we realize.
A friend of mine in IT said the same thing about it being 20 from their department. I should no longer be surprised, but honestly I was.
Haven't heard anything, and I'm in IT.
