@2iql they took over security at Menomonie after the company sc--wed over the 3M guards and Securitas couldn't keep more than 3 guards on at a time.

Glad I got out when I could. What a dumpster fire.

CBRE is a real estate company that looks out for the best interests of the company's that hire them. 3m should thrive with CBRE taking over the reigns.

The 3M Code of Conduct means nothing. A lot of hot wind and posturing. 3M lost it's ethics once it decided to continue producing PFAS knowing the massive toll on the water tables, oceans, lakes, the water you drink and streams - all polluted with the 3M chemical. And there's more. Many farm fields polluted and not safe to raise vegetables. And there's more. Injury to firefighters with AFFF. And there's more. PFAS is in your home - from carpet to couches, and more. What surprises me is that 3M knew and just kept polluting.

Conflict of interest not a problem for 3M. Just explain there is a firewall, everything is good. Amazing this company is so rotten and unethical. I am no longer proud of 3M.

Someone previously mentioned 3M no longer enforces its Code of Conduct. Hiring Kearney is an obvious conflict. It seems there are different rules for SVPs and above.

It didn't go unnoticed that the other Gibbons deleted his glowing LinkedIn account once word got out about his promotion. If you have nothing to hide, then why delete your account.

Deplorable move by Mikey ever letting this happen. Good riddance.

It is unbelievable that the Kearney arrangement was apparently cleared by Roman. It is absolutely a conflict of interest to hire your son’s employer for a “service” that could be provided by any number of suppliers. Kearney is a second-rate firm and interchangeable with any number of shops. “Service” in this context meaning someone to make PowerPoint decks and rationalize mass layoffs. Also a strange coincidence that Peter’s son at Kearney got a promotion shortly after all of this.

Annihilating most of the MTE roles was an abominable move by Peter. Those people were 20 plus year employees who knew how to help scale up lab work to full production.

Kearney should have never been allowed to work with Peter given the conflict of interest. But wait Peter said there was a firewall. And don't attack families. Never mind the 1000s of families impacted by his machete style tactics.

Expect a lot more than you’re being told. Management, esp Gibby, have decimated decades of internal employee knowledge and experience through layoffs and questionable staffing, suggesting benefits that are proving hollow to anyone on the inside with a clear view of the disfunction. Much like the Kearney engagement, Gibby is cherry picking his metrics in order to market false wins while ignoring significant ops/cost losses. His ignorance dismisses the real value once brought by internal stakeholders who cared about 3M’s future, and his take-or-pay engagement of Kerney continues to be talked about behind closed doors for the damage done to the Purchasing org and important supplier relationships. Sad to see.
