I’m guessing within 1 year most employees over 50 years old will be gone. The water management department within 2 years, field positions will be mostly contracted out except for pumpers who will be making significantly less and doing a lot more with half the manpower. This is how it works folks.

I hope the micromanaging and not letting your employees do their jobs continues it’s a staple in central and in the ne hopefully the tradition continues.
Not sure what you're on about Water Management. It's one of the better assets we have and is a reputational enhancer for the environmental crowd.
