I also worked at SAS for 25 years. In my last year, I made $185K. So in my experience SAS paid low, but not horribly low.

Most GenZ'ers missed the glory years, and have been employed during the cost-cutting years. A company that is cutting costs will not pay top dollar.

Hearing a single anonymous person say that doesn’t make it so. Maybe it’s true for them but not typical. What was their job? Are they good at what they do or just doing bare minimum for 25 years.

Way too much unknown data to put any stock in that. Unless you base opinions on one sentence single posts by anonymous source on the internet.

I can tell you I make far more than that. That is also a low detail post by anonymous source but I bet you exclude that since it doesn’t match your already formed opinion.

They don’t pay ANYONE enough. In another thread somebody said they’re making 130k after 25 years. It’s pathetic. Vote with your feet before you’re old and stuck.
