RIFS and position terminations occurred across all teams except for director level/above, of course. Leadership is an absolute joke and our customers openly question MDT leadership judgement. The unethical behavior and HORRIBLE business strategy will be the downfall of this team.

Are there any RIFs within SH&A? If so, what location/teams?
It's true RIF was done in my unit. Couple of field guys gone, and not hiring anyone that left recently.

Agreed. Most of leaders in SH&A are incompetent. Share is plummeting, there is absolutely no strategy and leaders are not held accountable for performance. Many of them celebrate unethical behavior- padding numbers and lying about market performance. Conveniently, the most toxic people are never let go and instead are rewarded for bad behavior. They are always obsessed with competition without realizing they are solely responsible for the demise of the business
CST replaced their a lot of their directors and above with white people from NuVasive. Maybe stop watching Fox News about DEI and get back to work.

How come is a person who majored in journalism qualified to lead the division which makes complex metal, plastic and animal based cardiac implants ? Mind boggling
