they are looking at BTC for much of the work they do at emhc. there is active work ongoing now for the movement of this work. the future is outsourcing, third party, low cost counties and contractors only.

High value (HV) is a marketing term. Always remember that Marketing and Public and Government Affairs (P&GA) always "TRUMPS" cold hard facts in ExxonMobil.
I'd not thought of that, but very good observation. We used to call India low cost, but got castrated after a while for that being unacceptable.
