I hope they make this big announcement every one is talking. I hope Record Keeping Service is mentioned. Layoffs or outsourcing. The unknown can be cruel

Town Hall 5/30.
When is the townhall, I did not receive an invite.
VG did this few years ago, employees were given an option to become Infosys employees and if they not to they can still stay with VG, but if laid off in future they will not get any severance.
I believe they kept the same benefits for a year.
Record Keeping is getting pushed off to another Vendor.
TIAA employees can choose to go or be unemployed but they’re no longer TIAA employees after it’s done.
it doesn’t matter how brave of a soul you are. You’ll never get your question answered because they screen every question since you can only ask them by typing them in during the call and then they’re screened by the moderator and she would never ask a question that was too controversial. Roger used to stand up on stage and let people come up to the microphone and ask questions ad Lib and answer every one of them. This executive committee is too afraid to do that.
Wow.. you new here?!? You seriously think they will divulge those plans at the town hall? they never talk about the big projects especially ones with an NDA… always the life of T, followed by boring financial numbers above most everyone’s heads, smaller projects/wins, hybrid life, and BRG stuff before Q&A. Maybe they will give shout outs to big work anniversaries too.
The only time they will talk about layoffs is when some brave soul asks a question about it during Q&A with senior management giving the same ol’ pathetic responses they always use.
There won’t be any announcement, it’ll just happen.
