Folks in Europe waiting for business lines to be shutdown in order to get the redundancy package I guess. Why leave before getting paid to leave? Makes sense.
I think a lot of Clinton folks are going to opt out of leaving the company instead of going to Houston
The quits are definitely still high. Folks are still looking to jump ship in US especially those with toxic supervision. Hard to find qualified good talent because no one wants to come here and I can’t lie to them with a straight face.
It's slower. We're at an equilibrium until the next big shock to the system. My guess is they'll wait for a bad quarter, then phase out the pension, and that'll get attrition going again.

All of the smart young people already quit, and the old people are not going to quit.
So, by default, attrition is slow.
It also helps that we have not hired any significant numbers in any of those locations.
Drastically slower in the US so far in 2024.
