Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

My message to fellow Avayans

I’m thankful for this dysfunctional company. Seriously, if you don’t see the opportunity here, you need to reframe your mindset. Hundreds if not thousands of people working here have changed their lives for the better. Do not miss out on an opportunity of a life time.

One more thing, stop hating on Alan for making 10 million dollars for signing on to repeat cheesy acronyms and spin the narrative. You would too if you could.

"ex girlfriend vibes"????

What are you? Personal Brand? You don't have more depth in your wheel house to not sound like a 17 year old? Wow.

Not respectfully, NO. Avaya doesn't host this forum for the employees of Avaya. This public forum is OPEN for a reason. Because you can't trust companies to tell the truth to either employees, ex employees or the public.

This forum is a FORUM:
a place, situation, or group in which people exchange ideas and discuss issues, especially important PUBLIC issues.

Bring it on, People! Bring it ON!

Respectfully, this forum and message is for people who are employees of Avaya. Working here is truly demoralizing and my goal is to help you see the opportunity.

To those of who are no longer with Avaya and reading this, I suggest that you stop visiting this website. You shouldn’t be concerned about layoffs at Avaya while you’re not longer with Avaya. It’s not healthy. Be grateful for your years of employment at Avaya and move on.

Alan literally doesn’t care, lol. Take your ex-girlfriend vibes somewhere else. I’m sorry you got laid off. The good news is that there are other dysfunctional companies that you can be a part of if that’s what you’re looking for.

Engage in Denver should be very interesting.
I will be curious how the quote from last year "Avatar is back" will be spun by Marketing.

Yeah on the flip side “Hundreds if not thousands of people that worked here” have had their lives changed for the worse too, thanks to Alan selling Avayans out for a big (10 million) payoff. Alan earned the hate by his choices. Good luck with your great opportunity, if Alan bites you again you earned that too.
