Going to be an interesting year for the 300 people that have been brought into LCS. More than half will see their Hi-Po career derailed. You may not think it would happen to you as a “chosen one” but it will to most.

Potential dropping from 38 to 29 happens when around 35 years old and either the person messes up or their sponsor retires or target demographics change. The person made it to 29 quickly then just gets “parked”. This is not logical for a person at 49.

Wait a second: 30 yrs career, you are 51. 2 years ago you dropped from potential 38 to potential 29, which means at the age of 49 you were at best 29. And you really thought that you will make it to 38? Are you a troll or an id--t?
Coming up on 30 years with EM, ranked O/top-quintile every year until the last 2. Potential 38. Got dropped to G, potential 29. Career over.
There's no money to be made in LCS. The whole thing was just a PR stunt DW created a few years ago out of desperation due to pressure from the newly formed board including active investors.

LCS is full of individuals who have little qualifications except being yes-men. And individual who got there by throwing their co-workers (competitor) under the bus and treating people badly. PIP would be a good thing. What comes around goes around… karma.
