[BOLD? ITALICS?]
Oh please do submit a report about bullying. They'll ignore it like a whistleblower notice. Twice. But make sure you complete the compliance training videos about cybersecurity and ethics! I laugh so hard the entire time I take a "ethics" training course from Avaya. More like a primer on "how to make us more money without being caught" wink-wink.
"Enough" was a frequent first word in a sentence of personal brand when she had her spats!
Funny how she has a tell
I'm actually loving the bold and italics. Am embarrassed that I'm out of practice on old school coding tricks to do that myself! Makes reading this HTML flat format so much easier. Thank you!!
I don't even feel safe posting this comment.
If it remains in fear they will use it to identify me.
If it disappears then I know they have paid off this site to remove posts and may already know it's me who is commenting.
The bold confidence some leaders declare when they claim they know who posts what is bewildering.
I KNOW they don't know whom it is (by law). But that is how perverse the culture is...some people in marketing brag that they know things that they can't know.
Whenver these posts get too close to reality people get snappy
Enough with the bold and italics.
When the head of GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCES secures an Attorney and resigns UNDER DURESS due to overwhelming knowledge of ETHICS Violations...
It's safe to say that NO, no one feels safe to ever speak freely or honestly without immediate retribution/retaliation
IF you spoke up, and are on the hit list....
Avaya can no longer play the Shefali Shah Bullying and harassment game and get away with it. NLRB is not having it. And even powerful Apple can't overcome it.
Apple has been found guilty of numerous labor law violations, including in 2023, when the NLRB found that the company had illegally prohibited workers from discussing their wages

There have been numerus comments from middle and upper management that indicate that they do in fact know exactly who said what on the survey, not that is any surprise to anyone.
ABSOLUTELY NOT
Avaya is STILL discrediting this woman for speaking up!!!

ITS STILL GOING
"..the Court directs the parties to submit further briefing with respect to whether the Court should, in its discretion, exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's remaining
Yes. You are safe to report to your manager that you haven't met your bullying quota.
