My department is in CRM. We just found out that we lost 5 people. These people were in leadership positions - two directors, two people managers, and a compliance person.

I was also impacted by todays RIF. No details provided as to what was selection criteria. I had a colleague that did same thing as I for CRM. Had been w company much longer so ‘last in/first out’ could have driven my exit.
CRM lost a bunch across the board. Clinical, tech comm, regulatory and mar comm for sure.
Hearing 100+ people were laid off from CRM today. Now even more work for the rest of us!
Not in quality.
Second time we’ve been blindsided in less than a week. Way to go MDT, not.
