At the moment, the reps who bring home the bacon for my teammates and I are still stuck in the 1980's and don't even know how to make a pdf. I hear about software being our new direction... so when are we going to hire software reps who know tech enough to convince someone to buy software from us?

Why bother …Xerox Software nothing to speak about ..Service, billing and support bottom of the HCL barrel.
Miami has caveman reps.
they let most of the a CareAR reps go, remember? Then they hired SM to lead software but they forgot to give him a product to sell.
Hire? Didn't they send all recruiting to India? You have no more recruiters in US. It is going to be difficult to hire people when all your potential recruits will think they are getting a scam call. Great call from management by the way. Freaking genius move.
I feel for those let go by Xerox. I am glad I no longer work for them or in Printing. Xerox while I worked there definitely lacked in innovation. OEM resale of another companies products never seemed profitable. Forcing the XBS agents to sell the same devices at much higher prices than xerox direct was also very difficult to overcome in sales cycles.
I question if Xerox still has a Solutions support team. HCL is a joke.
Software???? .. I knew the day Feldman was pushing Digital Alternatives it was over .. it was an app that allowed you to annotate … !!! A real game changer… have they pulled the plug on Care AR yet ???
They're into firing, not hiring
And stripping as much cash for themselves as they can get away with
Spent the remaining cash in Mexico. No cash for reps...
The HCL comment was hilarious 😂
HCL !
Who better to bring world class customer service to our valued customers
Will xerox support for software be better than support for printers? Might be a hard sell?
