I left a whiiiile ago and I’m still pi---d about the extent to which my manager fully took credit for work that I planned and executed from to end without his support (since he didn’t have the know how)…

The irony here is that this aggressive culture doesn't cultivate productivity and innovation. It accomplishes just the opposite, because of all the BS nonsense allowed to go on. Don't get stressed, just play along on the stupidity train....choo choo
