Fill out this survey ? It’s anonymous ?

So the first thing you have to do is summit your employee number - before you start the anonymous survey , this is literally the first survey ever done by starting off with that ! THaTs not anonymous!!!! WTF

No brainer...not, no trainer. They aren't leaders, nor will they make decisions in shareholders best interests. He brought back Hunt....that says it all. He didn't bring over any brilliance from his prior railroads....double down, cuz nobody wants to work for him. Kept UP execs in place ...laughable. same story, different day and CEO

Wall st quickly realized Vena is hot air from "base camp" who never made it past base camp, just as he isn't leading but destroying this company. He talked a big show but didn't cut the exec levels who make the big coin. He instead kept "yo"this is Roker, to lead the charge. The stock price says it all. U can't cut your way to prosperity, especially with the current leadership. Sold all UNP stock 3 months ago. No trainer.

I wouldn't worry about managers, half of the managers here survived the last round of cuts and out of those, half are now fielding interviews elsewhere or looking to step down. All the longer hours, safety issues, recent articles and federal attention did was make management even more of an unwanted job. Guys have been getting asked if they would want to go non agreement and answers ranged from no to f*ck no.

😂 stop! It’s the easiest $100,000 job there is

Just remember the survey is so Jimbo, Beth, and Eric can supply the feds with the safety information they wanted from questioning but without the managers coaching employees... like our company has a single shred of credibility left let alone the 3 heads. H*ll I heard from my manager weeks ago Givens did a great job of saying lie to the feds without actually saying lie to the feds on a whole emergency call on managers coaching managers how to handle the blitz and questioning....

Do we really have to ask this “should I fill out the survey” question again ?? Good grief. The definition of doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result = __________

I remember the "engagement" survey last year. The managers kept hounding us to do it. We all knew their bonus depended on it. We all went ahead and did it. We all got laid off several weeks later. Maybe it was retaliation for all the kind words we used in those surveys.

Just don’t do it, it’s well known that part of the executive team’s bonus is dependent on the employee engagement survey participation rate. Not the results, just the participation. The survey has always been confidential not anonymous.

Another useless survey that we do and nothing will change and cuts will co.tinue to happen.

Here we go w/ this non-sense again. It’ll be as much anonymous as it will be voluntary with your manager sternly ‘reminding’ you at the beginning of every shift to fill it out. Management is going to reduce us to being forced to making the international hand sign for HELP to the FRA at every opportunity a manager isnt looking.
