You cannot continue to cut in America and expect same results with offshore people. Everything slows done and passion leaves company impacting sales quality and moral. America is the profit engine and I’m afraid Europe management is overlooking this.

Any other company this would be a PR disaster. This will help push more people to quit, all by design. The American worker is be thrown out with the bath water at Stellantis and no shame as they care about short term bottom line. Most execs won’t be here in 3 years and will have cashed out and left the mess. Auburn Hills will be sold for pennies on the dollar.
