There are a lot of people who 100% need to be back in the office. WYW works if you are a proactive individual, but unfortunately, from my experience, there are far too many individuals who treat their role as a side hobby while the ones who actually show up get dumped on. Don't get me wrong, there are people who do a phenomenal job working remote, but there's this sence of absence from leadership which I feel causes nothing to get done because people aren't connecting on critical projects, and there doesn't seem to be any accountability.

Hi Bill please bring back everyone including the directors & above back to the offices. We need to get everyone’s hands on deck to Brin back the productivity.

Y'all work for a global company, so that means sourcing your remote job to the cheapest labor country with an internet connection. Enjoy your dog walking and shopping while you get paid, while you still have it. Same thing happened to manufacturing years back. Some roles will remain, but sadly many will be lost. Just my opinion.

True. In Germany, 3M just sold the office building to gain some money. Same has happened in the UK. Probably at many other locations as well

Ya’ll are simpletons. “There’s plenty of office space at the quad.” So what? Return to office for the 4 buildings but remote work is fine for the rest of the world? News flash: you work for a GLOBAL company.

While a new CEO does not make such a decision on his 2nd day in office, you cannot convince me that Brown is anything more than Roman's puppet.

No LTI for JG14,15 was taken by MR before he retired.

He just could not announce it before he left.

A new CEO does not make such a decision on his 2nd day in office.

Never say Never. Anything can happen with new CEO.

Nobody thought the LTI removal 14/15 was possible too.

No office in headquarters?

What about getting them to reside in the factories? Surely there are space.

Guessing after all the cuts and voluntary departures, there’s room at the Center.

You guys don’t get it, do you? 3M NO LONGER HAS ENOUGH OFFICE SPACE TO DO A RETURN TO OFFICE. They’ve saved too much money to go back. Get over it.
