I work in HR and almost never hear anything from RM. She never attends town halls or anything. The company is being destroyed and she seems to be absent. I know her husband is ill but no average employee would be able to be gone for months.

Who the he-l hired RM? Good grief …she’s awful. She needs to get the boot sooner than later.
Business Casual with RM- ummm , who thought this would be a good idea? She tries to be a talk show host but has neither the presence nor the savvy to have an intelligent discussion. Leadership with Adam Bryant- at least they spent a good amount of time talking about bad managers, she's the resident expert.
Hate to tell you this, but she does. She was front & center at CHVPK 80’s celebration yesterday. I nearly choked on our free lunch. 😆
Even if she is leaving,too little too late. She has done irreparable damage to a once great company.
She has also trained ALL her subordinates to be clones,so unless someone with ba--s,and that's NOT MW , cleans house then the damage will become terminal.
If all our prayers are answered and RM leaves the company, it will be with 5 lifetimes of retirement benefits. You can't say anything bad about a diversity placement.

Chevron HR is beyond repair or revamp. No matter how much they change at the top, it is rotten to the root and all branches are cancerous. Do not bank too much... RM or no RM, it is over. Let the woman take care of her family regardless of the damage she caused. Humanity first... whatever damage done is done, she is already out of the picture

She destroyed the company and the BOD are on her case after several media reports and law suits. Chevron HR will be totally revamped

She goes to Jet, Savoy and other self reinforcing events in the small, small world that she seems to think matters. And posting about it on Linked in. For how they were born, not what they’ve done. Reverse reality. In extreme. The sooner she’s gone the better.
She spend lots of time on LinkedIn congratulating diversity candidates, mostly for simply not being Caucasian
