Anyone else been asked to "confidentially share" knowledge about the SVP hiring story of no white males? Leadership at its worst.

They hire lawyers to investigate but they pay them to find the "right answer" and to share who filed the complaint.
if you have an ethics complaint, be smart
- DONT CALL from your own phone
- USE someone else's ip address, go to a library or use a friends or neighbors computer
- Have someone else call for you that does not worth at Neiman Marcus
HR spends more time trying to figure out who reported than the actual issue.
