I'm from Chevron IT. Thank God they went external for new CIO. I hope he gets rid of stupid Chapter and Platform model. Give IT back to BUs and let them manage their IT people. He must fire AG and TK. They both have ruined the culture with their Ego, incompetency and favoritism to people who dance on their tunes.
Get rid of all the woke leaders that have ruined CVX.
Gotta be hungry like the wolf! Ahhhwwoooooooooo! 😂
@evuo+1:
That must mean you are incompetent loser #1. You should volunteer to be first one removed.
How does one get to this island?
How can CVX fix the incompetent loser employees who hang out on this site and do nothing but complain all day is the real question. The answer is the same for both, they can't and you can't so move along to a place where you feel you'll fit in. Try the island of misfit toys.
Get rid of RM!!!!!!
Between the in house attorneys and HR their main job is to protect management that abuses employees.
Eliminate the in house attorneys. They lack integrity and serve no useful purpose.
I see the down vote bot hit. LOL
Eliminate MW, EB, RM, and the rest of the pathetic woke "leadership" who don't know how to lead or run a business.
Break up the L-Noble cliques around the office. Stop letting the cliques hire their friends. It’s starting to look like Noble circa 2015.
Along with well control get rid of safety. Wells prior VP thought we had too many safety people and her MCBU husband eliminated alot of safety standards.
Get rid of well control. Superintendent once stated he sees no value in it so it must be true,

Find some oil.
Peter Drucker, the management consultant, educator, and author, came up with the phrase culture eats strategy for breakfast, but what does it mean?
In a nutshell, no matter how great your business strategy is, your plan will fail without a company culture that encourages people to implement it.
Get rid of digital platforms and set up IT shops that actually make sense, where the roles and responsibilities of people are aligned with the business. Platforms are utterly useless
Stop making everything so godda-n complicated. Not everything needs a process. Not everything needs governance. Not everything needs a meeting.
increase the level of wokness 10x
Focus on being an oil company. Focus on being a successful oil company.
Can't fix stupid
Get rid of individuals who spend time posting on layoff sites.
Stop hiring consultants to manage company.
Eliminate psg 27-29 entirely. Promote a bunch of 24-26 to manage everyone and report to junior execs.
Start focusing on the employees a bit. Transformation wrecked the company and morale has been terrible ever since. With the low morale and over working we have had more saftey issues and less productivity. Our Senior leadership haven't learned from companies like Boeing and others that pinching every penny might hurt you in the end.
Get rid of all senior leaders (I use that term lightly). Hire people focused on actual business results.
SELL.
